Billing & Plans
Billing is where you see your current plan, track your usage, manage your payment method and invoices, and upgrade or cancel. You find it on the Billing & Usage screen in your dashboard. Managing billing is an admin action.
The plans
Inletbase has a free Starter plan, the paid Pro and Business plans, and Enterprise. Paid plans can be billed monthly or yearly. Each plan differs in things like monthly submissions, number of forms, team seats, chatbots, and features such as workflows and integrations. Open the Available Plans tab to see the current prices and exactly what each plan includes.
The Overview tab
The Overview tab shows the state of your subscription:
- Current plan summary: your plan name, billing cycle (monthly or yearly), plan cost, and a bar showing how many of your monthly submissions you have used.
- Payment method: the card on file, or a note if your account is managed by Inletbase, or a prompt to add one when you upgrade.
- Invoices: a list of your past invoices with the date, plan, amount, and status, and a link to download each one.
Upgrading or switching plans
Open the Available Plans tab, pick the plan you want, and complete checkout. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Upgrading takes effect right away, so your higher limits and features are available immediately.
Canceling your plan
On the Overview tab, click Cancel on your plan. Inletbase checks whether you qualify for a refund and shows the result before you confirm:
- If you are eligible, it shows the estimated prorated refund, and that amount is issued when you confirm.
- If you are not eligible, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing cycle, and then it does not renew.
Managed accounts
Some organizations are on a complimentary plan managed by the Inletbase team. These show a cost of $0, do not need a payment method, and cannot be changed from the dashboard. If you want to switch to a self-serve subscription that you manage yourself, contact support.
Usage and seats
Your plan sets your limits, and you can track them against your usage. Submission counts reset on the first of each month. Team seats also come from your plan, and adding people beyond your seat count marks them inactive until you upgrade. See Usage & Plan Limits for usage details and Team Management for seats.
