Integrations

Integrations connect your form to the other tools you already use. When someone submits, Inletbase can add them to your CRM or send the details straight to another app. Everything is set up with a few clicks, so there is nothing to code.

You can set up two kinds of integration on a form:

  • HubSpot: add each new submission to your HubSpot CRM as a contact.
  • Webhooks: send the submission to any app that accepts a web request, like Zapier, Make, Slack, or your own system.

Integrations are available on the Pro plan and above. On the free Starter plan the Integrations tab is locked and shows an "Upgrade to Pro" prompt.

Where to find it

Open a form from your dashboard and click the Integrations tab. From there you can connect HubSpot and add webhooks. Remember to click Save after making changes.

HubSpot

This adds the person who submitted your form to your HubSpot CRM as a contact. You connect HubSpot once, then tell Inletbase which form fields go into which HubSpot fields.

  1. Connect HubSpot: click the HubSpot card and sign in with your HubSpot account. Once connected, it is available on all your forms.
  2. Add a Create Contact action: this is the step that creates the contact in HubSpot.
  3. Match your fields: for each pair, pick a HubSpot field on one side and the form field that should fill it on the other. Add as many pairs as you need. The email pair is required, because HubSpot uses the email to find the right person.

There is also an update existing option. With it on, if a contact with that email already exists in HubSpot, Inletbase updates their details instead of creating a duplicate.

Webhooks

A webhook sends your submission to a web address you choose, so another app can pick it up. It is the simplest way to pass form data into tools like Zapier, Make, Slack, or your own backend.

  • Add a webhook: paste the web address that should receive the data.
  • Active switch: turn a webhook on or off without deleting it.

Each time the form is submitted, Inletbase sends the submission details (the form, the fields the person filled in, and when it happened) to that address. You can add more than one webhook, and you can edit or remove them at any time. If you build with code, the API reference shows the exact data that is sent.

Integrations and workflows

The Integrations tab runs these actions on every submission, which is perfect when you always want the same thing to happen. If you want them to run only in certain cases, for example only adding high-value leads to HubSpot, you can use HubSpot and Webhook as steps inside a workflow and put a condition in front of them.
