Settings

The Settings tab shows the basic details of your form and is where you go to delete a form. Open a form from your dashboard and click the Settings tab to find it.

General settings

Here you can see two details about your form:

  • Form Name: the name you gave the form when you created it. It helps you find the form in your dashboard.
  • Slug / Navigation ID: a short ID for the form, used in its web address and in the code you paste on your website. Inletbase creates this for you.

Both are set when you first create the form and are shown here for reference. More settings will appear on this tab in future updates.

Looking to change something else? Edit your questions in Form Fields, change who gets notified in Email Configuration, put your form live in Deploy, or lock it to your website in Security.

Deleting a form

On the right side of the Settings tab is the Danger Zone. This is where you can delete a form for good. Click Delete Form Forever and confirm.

This cannot be undone. Deleting a form permanently removes the form and all of its submissions. There is no way to recover them.

If you might need the data later, export your submissions first from the form's Submissions page, then come back here to delete the form.
