Usage & Plan Limits

Every plan comes with limits, like how many submissions you can take each month, how many forms and team members you can have, and which features you can use. This page explains where to track your usage and what happens when you reach a limit.

Where to see your usage

Open Settings and go to Usage & Plan Limits. There you will see your plan name and progress bars for your monthly submissions, forms, and team members. Below that, a full plan details section lists everything your plan includes, such as chatbots, files and domains per chatbot, and which features are on.

What counts toward your limits

  • Monthly submissions: each successful form submission. This resets on the first of every month (UTC).
  • Forms: the number of forms you have created.
  • Team members: the seats used in your organization, including pending invitations.
  • Chatbots: the number of chatbots you have, along with limits on training files and domains per chatbot.
  • AI credits: a monthly allowance that AI work draws from, like auto-replies and chatbot answers.

The exact numbers depend on your plan. Check the Usage & Plan Limits screen for your current figures, and the Available Plans tab in Billing & Plans to compare what each plan includes.

Feature differences between plans

Plans differ not just in numbers but in features. Some features, like integrations, custom branding, and the activity log, come with paid plans. Others, like AI features and workflows, are available on every plan. Support level also improves with higher plans. Your Usage screen shows exactly what is turned on for your plan.

What happens when you reach a limit

  • Submissions: once you hit your monthly submission limit, new submissions are turned away until the count resets next month or you upgrade.
  • Forms, chatbots, and seats: you cannot create more past your limit. For team seats, members added beyond the limit become inactive until you upgrade or remove someone.
  • Features not on your plan: the feature is shown with an upgrade prompt instead of being available.

To raise your limits, upgrade your plan in Billing & Plans.

Custom limits

Some accounts have custom limits added on top of their plan. When that is the case, your Usage screen shows the extra amount as a bonus next to the base plan limit, and the higher total is what applies.
