Security and privacy

Your data is encrypted both while it travels (over HTTPS, using TLS 1.2 and above) and while it is stored (using AES 256). Inletbase is GDPR compliant, offers a Data Processing Addendum, only loads analytics after you give consent, and lets you permanently delete personal data whenever you need to, which covers the right to erasure. You can turn on two factor authentication for your account, backups run automatically and are encrypted so data can be restored to an earlier point in time, and you can limit your embedded forms and chatbots to specific domains.
