The lifecycle of a lead, in four steps. One: Ask. A visitor asks something at any hour and the AI chatbot answers from your own pages, files and Q&A pairs. Two: Capture. They send the form and one endpoint takes it, whether the site is WordPress, Framer, plain HTML, React, Vue or Svelte, or a mobile or server app. Three: Reply. An AI reply goes back in your wording within seconds, and from your own domain once your email provider is connected. Four: Sync. Your team is notified, and on Pro and above a contact is created or updated in your CRM such as HubSpot, with the fields mapped once so there is no exporting and re-importing.

One account covers every website you run. We do not charge per form, and we do not add a fee for each submission inside your plan. Plans differ by their limits and by some features. The comparison table lists every one of those differences, so you can check before you pay.
What does not change the bill

We use your files and website content for one thing: to run your own chatbot and your own auto-replies. We do not train our models on your data. When we call an AI provider to write a reply, we do not opt in to any training or data-sharing scheme, so they do not train on it either.

How we handle your data04
Your data is encrypted with AES-256 while it is stored and TLS 1.2+ while it travels. Backups run automatically on an encrypted schedule, with point-in-time recovery. You can export any record whenever you want, and we delete data on request, so a GDPR erasure request is straightforward to answer.

Point your existing form at one endpoint. Your markup stays exactly as it is, so there is no rewrite, no new framework and no migration. For WordPress and Framer there are official plugins, published on WordPress.org and the Framer marketplace.
