Subprocessors
To deliver Inletbase, we rely on a small set of trusted third-party service providers (“subprocessors”) that may process personal data on our behalf. This page lists them for transparency and to support our Data Processing Addendum.

Infrastructure & Storage
These providers host the platform and store customer data. Inletbase is deployed on Amazon Web Services, with Google Firebase providing the database, authentication, and file storage.

Processing & Delivery
These providers process specific data to deliver core features such as AI responses and billing.

| Razorpay Software Private Limited | Payment processing and subscription billing. Card details are handled directly by Razorpay; we do not store full card numbers. | India |
Transactional email (account, notification, and confirmation messages) is sent through our own self-managed SMTP mail server, and our job queue and caching run on self-hosted infrastructure — both operate within our Amazon Web Services environment rather than a separate third-party service.

These are used only on our marketing website and only after you opt in through our cookie banner. See our Cookie Policy for details.

Your Own Integrations
When you connect your own third-party tools to Inletbase (for example, a CRM such as HubSpot, or your own email-sending provider), those services act as your subprocessors, not ours, and are governed by your agreements with them.

We may update this list as our services evolve. To request advance notice of new subprocessors, or for the full current list including processing details, contact us at hello@inletbase.com. Our processing of personal data on your behalf is governed by our Data Processing Addendum and Privacy Policy.
