We rebuilt the way your emails look in Inletbase. You no longer pick from a fixed template. Now you write and design the email yourself, and the same editor works across your form notifications, auto-reply emails, and chatbot notifications.
Here is what you can do with it.
- Design the real email. What you write is exactly what your customer receives. Start from a clean default and make it your own.
- Add your own images. Upload your logo or any picture right inside the editor. You do not need to host it somewhere else first.
- Resize images with a drag. Grab a corner and set the size you want. The image keeps its shape while you resize it.
- Quick link and image controls. Small popups open next to what you are editing, so you never lose sight of your email.
- Edit the HTML with a live preview. Switch to the code view and watch your changes update right beside you.
- Personalise every message. Add details from the submission, and replies go straight back to the person who contacted you.
- Send a test first. Send a real test email to yourself before it goes live.

Do I need to know how to code to use the email editor?
No. You write and design your email visually. If you ever want more control you can switch to the HTML view, but most people never need to.
Where does the new email editor work?
It works the same way across your whole account. You use it for form notifications, auto reply emails, and chatbot notifications, so every email is set up in one place.
Can I add my logo or other images?
Yes. You can upload images right inside the editor and place them in your email. You do not need to host them somewhere else first.
What happened to the old email templates?
The fixed templates are gone. The email you design is now the exact email we send. If you leave it as the default, we still send a clean and ready to use version.
Will replies reach the right person?
Yes. When someone fills your form, their reply goes straight back to them, so you can keep the conversation going from your inbox.
Can I preview my email before it goes out?
Yes. You can send a real test email to yourself, and you can also watch a live preview while you edit.
